Bill Rhind

Co-founder and President

Bill Rhind is co-founder and President of P3 Consulting Group. Bill has built a strong reputation as a “results driven, yet people focused” leader in a broad array of functional roles. He has spent over 25 years in industry producing extraordinary results in the areas of manufacturing, R&D, distribution, engineering, construction, and sales & marketing in both small businesses and Fortune 500 corporations worldwide.

Bill co-founded P3 Consulting Group after nearly three years as President of a leading consulting company in the Chicago-land region. Bill set out to build P3 with the vision of not only producing exceptional business results for each client organization but to do so in such a way to have a positive impact on their most valuable asset- their people.

Bill received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Northern Illinois University and his master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Maryland Graduate School. Bill’s graduate studies were in a program called Mechatronics, a combination of Mechanical, Electrical and Computer engineering.

Bill lives in the northern Chicago suburbs with his wife and three boys 15, 17, and 19. Bill balances his hours spent helping clients with an active involvement in various youth programs in his community. Bill was a past Federation Chief of the regional YMCA Guides program and still gets a kick out of coaching youth football.

Kevin Howe

Co-founder and Vice President

Kevin Howe has a strong track record in helping companies achieve remarkable performance results. For over 20 years, Kevin has demonstrated his expertise in breaking organizational constraints leading several implementations worldwide within companies like Monsanto, Searle, Pharmacia and Pfizer and most recently as a consultant to companies like Novartis, Stryker and Rapid Solutions Group.

Kevin is a recognized expert in the Theory of Constraints performance improvement methodology with a special emphasis accelerating the flow of products in R&D and manufacturing operations environments. Kevin has a well rounded set of professional skills as he also has expertise in leadership coaching, conflict resolution, performance management system design, strategic planning, and helping leaders create healthy organizational cultures. He also has special expertise in quality improvement methods utilizing principles of Total Quality Management and Six-Sigma.

Kevin received his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of North Dakota and an MBA with honors from Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago.

Kevin and his family live in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. He is the proud father of three children ages 19, 17, and 9. While not rooting for his kids in their school and sports activities, he and his wife enjoy playing golf and working in a variety of charitable endeavors.
