Mission The mission of P3 CONSULTING GROUP is simple- we partner with our clients to achieve rapid and sustainable bottom-line growth. Our Improvement Philosophy We believe the most effective way to improve a company’s profits is to increase sales at a much faster rate than operating expenses or investments. The key to gain rapid, significant and sustainable profit growth is to develop a decisive competitive edge (that cannot be easily copied by competitors) and to develop the operational capabilities to capitalize on it.
We utilize the Theory of Constraints (TOC) as the fundamental philosophy to guide our process and to help companies determine where to focus their efforts to rapidly improve their bottom line. We apply the most applicable tools from the methodologies of TOC as well as Lean and Six Sigma to implement the right tools at the right time. These improvements can provide an additional 10-25% (and often significantly more) increase in net profit with results normally seen in weeks rather than months or years. Why P3? Over our careers in both industry and consulting, we have witnessed many improvement efforts that started with high hopes and expectations only to fall short of the desired results. In some cases, efforts were focused on improving the “people” side of the business. In others, the major focus was on improving the “processes” by which work gets done. Process As the complexities of organizations grow, business leaders attempt to better manage by breaking the whole business into separate subsystems.
